As a HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting high quality teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with teachers to help pupils access the curriculum, make strong progress and build independence and confidence in their learning. The role includes covering lessons when required, and contributing to supporting teachers in delivering planning, assessment and pupil feedback during lessons.
What we're looking for: We are looking for someone with experience in classrooms (with strong communication skills, a calm and empathetic approach, and a genuine commitment to helping pupils thrive). You will be reflective, resilient and proactive, with the confidence to lead learning, contribute ideas and work effectively as part of a team. HLTA-level training or experience is required for this role, along with a readiness to continue developing your skills and professional knowledge.
