The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Teaching Assistant to joi n our dedicated team. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the academy, contributing to an environment where every pupil can thrive. Whether in administration, operations, pastoral support or specialist services, your work will directly support our mission to deliver the best possible education.

About You

Teaching Assistant qualification.
Experience in classroom management and working with Years 1-4.
SEN support experience would be an advantage.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role.
A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
