Marketing and Campaigns Manager Salary: £34,401 - £37,615 per annum; starting salary depending on skills, qualifications and experience.Full Time: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility will be required as evening/weekend working may be required on occasion. We're looking for a Marketing and Campaigns Manager to deliver results-focused multi-channel marketing that drives student recruitment and retention at Cheltenham Ladies' College - a globally respected brand in girls' education.
This is an exciting time to join the team at CLC as we roll out a revised brand and audience focused approach to supporting College's key strategic aims, driving financial resilience through the delivery of core commercial targets, and amplifying CLC's brand and mission to existing and new audiences.
In this varied role, you'll develop admissions campaigns from concept to execution, championing a test-and-learn approach and harnessing audience segmentation to optimise ROI. With a sharp eye for brand storytelling and visual consistency, you'll produce standout publications and collateral that reflect the energy of College life, and our community of more than 800 students. You'll work closely with departments across the business, in particular our Admissions team, and with external agencies, using insight and evaluation to refine and enhance campaign effectiveness.
You should have a relevant degree or marketing qualification, and at least three years' experience in a similar role, along with a strong grasp of marketing best practice, print and digital publications and managing digital advertising. Organised, analytical and collaborative, you'll be confident managing complex projects with a wide variety of stakeholders, while championing excellence and brand consistency at every stage of the marketing process.
