The successful candidate will be accountable for building and developing the marketing strategy across the diverse Repton Group, including Repton, Repton Prep, Repton Family of Schools and Repton Enterprises, at an exciting stage in our development.
This role will enable cohesive and targeted messaging across multiple platforms and communities, aligning them with the Group’s overall mission and objectives. The successful candidate will be a member of the senior executive team and contribute to group-wide decision making to ensure consistent brand messaging. Strong leadership of a team of marketing professionals is essential as well as budget management and accountability.
This is a part time role, ideally 8 to 10 days per month, to be discussed at interview. It is a senior decision-making role which, as with all roles at this level, means that occasional out of hours working will be required.
