The role of the Operations Manager is critical to the successful smooth running of our academy We are looking for an individual who works well in a varied and high-pressured environment and has strategic vision. The role includes responsibility for the management and delivery of all non-teaching related services at the academy including office and administrative services. Key to this role is the relationships with the Regional Finance, Facilities Team, Regional IT Services, and our external catering provider Sodexo along with our Senior Leadership Team. The position would suit someone who is a people person, dynamic, highly organised, adaptable, and innovative and who is able to multi-task and work accurately and efficiently under pressure in a fast-changing environment. Management of the overall operations of the Academy. Provide leadership to improve important policy and strategic decisions.

The postholder is required to work term time (39 weeks) plus 2 weeks/74 hours, outside of term time/normal school hours (at such times as will be agreed with the Principal).
This post is full time - 37 hours per week.
SCP25 £35,235.00- SCP 29 £38,626.00: Actual Salary Full Time, Term Time plus 2 Weeks - SCP25- £31,861.25 - SCP 29 £34,927.59
Current NJC scale point and experience will be taken into consideration when determining starting salary.
