About the Role
The HR Administration function is pivotal to our people processes and the successful candidate will therefore be at the centre of all HR operations. We are ideally looking for someone who has the enthusiasm and ambition to grow with the department.
Specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to, supporting initial recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary pre-employment checks are carried out to the highest standard, assisting with all employee lifecycle processes and contributing to a range of HR projects and improvement initiatives. Working closely with HR Managers, Advisers and our internal customers this is a great opportunity for someone who has excellent customer service and administration skills but who may also want to professionalise these skills through the attainment of vocational qualifications.
You will join on a full time, 35 hours per week contract.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent administration skills ideally gained within a busy HR environment
- High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent (desirable) or the ambition to gain such vocational qualifications
- Experience gained within an educational setting or knowledge of safeguarding (desirable)
