Salary: Grade 4 £25,249 - £28,778 pro rata/per annum (progression possible to £31,236)

The School Officer is a key member of the Academic Administration Team, working closely with the Assistant Registrar (School Operations & Resources) to provide efficient administrative support throughout the student academic cycle. The role involves collaborating with fellow School Officers and the Programme Administration Manager to meet critical deadlines and contribute to short-term projects aimed at enhancing processes and improving service delivery across the Academic Administration Team and the wider Division of Registry & Academic Administration. In addition, the School Officer supports the Programme Administration Manager in delivering essential tasks within the academic cycle.
You will have a degree or equivalent administrative experience. You will have good interpersonal skills and highly developed communication skills; with the ability to relate sensitively to varying cultural norms and expectations. While able to work independently, you will also be a team player, capable of establishing effective working relationships with students, academic staff and managers.
