Lea Valley Academy is a co-education comprehensive serving the multi-cultural community of Enfield and Waltham Cross in the London Borough of Enfield. We are a single campus school with excellent on-site facilities for students and staff. This vacancy has arisen due to us wanting to build capacity across our Leadership Team in line with growing numbers on entry to both our Year 7 and Sixth Form cohorts.
A core element of the role will be leading the school’s strategic vision for numeracy—driving improvement across all key stages, ensuring consistency and high‑quality provision, and embedding numeracy as a whole‑school priority. We regularly review leadership responsibilities to ensure they align with the evolving priorities of the school and individual professional development needs.
The closing date for applications is 9am, Monday 2nd March 2026. Shortlisting takes place Tuesday, 3rd March 2026, with interviews scheduled for Tuesday 10rd March 2026 and Wednesday 11th March 2026.
