Term-Time Only Contracts will incur a salary adjustment if the start date is after 1st September.

SGS Oasis provides a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for young people aged 16-25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, specifically in the areas of Communication and Interaction and Social, Emotional and Mental Health.
We offer therapeutic and flexible learning and enable young people to re-engage with education, rebuild confidence, and make meaningful academic and personal progress.
We are currently seeking a pro-active and organised administrator to manage the office operations for Oasis.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities- To liaise effectively with learners, parents, Oasis staff team, SGS academic and corporate teams, local authorities and external agencies as required
- To complete general administrative duties as requested by the Oasis Education Manager, members of the Oasis staff team and Lead Education Support Administrator.
- To record and report attendance
- To maintain accurate departmental timetables
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications- Math & English qualifications at GCSE grade 4 or above or L2 standard.
- Experience of working with young people aged 16-25 with additional needs and/or EHCPs. This experience would preferably be within education, but other experiences related to health, social care or in the community is also relevant.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and process information quickly.
- High Level of commitment to improving people's lives through learning.
