HR Advisor
Full-time, 36.25 hours per week
Starting salary up to c£36k per annum, dependent on skills and experience
Hybrid working available with up to 2 days per week working from home
27 days holiday entitlement per annum plus public holidays
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor. The successful candidate will join a great team, will further develop their HR skills and will get to work in a wonderful environment in the heart of Cheltenham.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years generalist HR experience, a comprehensive understanding of employment law, experience of providing advice to managers and staff as well as knowledge and confidence with HRIS (ideally iTrent) to include accessing, inputting, compiling data and completion of reports.
Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) (Level 5/7) the successful candidate will have a flexible approach and will be a collaborative team player with a 'can do' attitude. Proficiency in MS office to include Excel is essential.
