Lead, inspire and transform Early Years across our Trust!We are offering an exciting internal secondment for a passionate employee who is ready to shape outstanding Early Years practice across multiple schools. As an EYFS Trust Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in raising the quality of provision, strengthening early years curriculum design, and ensuring every child experiences an exceptional start to their learning journey.
This role offers a unique opportunity to broaden your influence beyond a single setting, deepen your leadership expertise and work closely with senior leaders across the Active Learning Trust to embed brilliant EYFS practice at scale.
In this influential role, you will:
- Lead Trust‑wide improvements in EYFS curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment
- Work with Headteachers to identify EYFS priorities and deliver targeted improvement
- Model exceptional EYFS practice and coach practitioners across multiple schools
- Strengthen early years culture, expectations and outcomes
- Contribute EYFS expertise to Trust‑wide leadership projects and decision‑making
