We are looking to appoint a Wraparound Care Manager to lead our breakfast and after school provision, creating a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where pupils can learn, play and develop beyond the school day.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the provision, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for all pupils. You will plan and deliver activities that support pupils' social, physical, creative and emotional development, while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will work closely with staff to supervise pupils, support registration, prepare snacks and maintain a safe and organised environment. You will also ensure pupils have a positive and inclusive experience during each session.
What we are looking for: - Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
- Experience running or supporting organised activities or group sessions
- Experience of leading or coordinating provision or activities
- Understanding of children's development and the ability to support a positive play environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- A positive, patient and organised approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils
