Isle of Ely are looking for a committed and reflective Class Teacher to join Isle of Ely Primary School in Cambridgeshire, part of the Active Learning Trust. This role is about delivering strong classroom practice, nurturing curiosity and confidence, and setting high expectations so that every child can thrive. As part of a supportive and collaborative team, the class teacher will contribute to a positive school culture, work thoughtfully with colleagues, and engage fully in the wider life of the school. Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver well-structured lessons that secure strong pupil progress and reflect the academy's curriculum and schemes of work.
- Assess, monitor and report on pupil learning, using assessment to inform teaching and meet diverse needs.
- Contribute positively to the wider life, ethos and development of the academy through collaboration and professional engagement.
