We are looking for a talented and committed Teacher of Art to join Cromwell Community College, a vibrant all-through school at the heart of its community. This role centres on delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that nurture creativity, curiosity and strong outcomes for every pupil, while contributing positively to a collaborative and ambitious staff team. Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver well-structured lessons in line with the curriculum, setting high expectations to inspire and challenge pupils
- Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs and secure strong outcomes
- Contribute to curriculum development and the wider life and ethos of the academy
- Maintain a safe, positive and well-managed learning environment, upholding behaviour and safeguarding standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to support pupil development and wellbeing
