Working Hours: 7.4 hours per weekWe have an exciting role of Lecturer/Assessor Sport Coach within our Apprenticeship team!Key Tasks and Responsibilities- Support recruitment of sport apprenticeships
- Responsibility for a cohort of apprentices
- Deliver the work-based element of the apprenticeships, including on-site training, assessment and reviews
- Deliver the knowledge element of the apprenticeship. Normally college based but may be work based for certain client groups
- Liaise with staff delivering other elements of the apprenticeship, including learning support and functional skills, to ensure an effective holistic programme for the apprentice
- Support the continued improvement SGS Apprenticeships
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications- Qualification within Sport Coaching at a minimum of Level 4
- Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement
- Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice
- AET, CET or DET
- 3+ years' experience working in the relevant occupational sector
- Ability to communicate with and influence learners and employers
- IT literate
