Hours: Part Time, 17 hours 50 minutes per week (0.5FTE)
Salary: Grade 4: £25,259 - £28,778 (possible progression to £31,236) pro-rata

RKEDU supports the leadership, implementation and delivery of institutional strategic objectives relating to our growing portfolio of Research and Knowledge Exchange (KE), including Entrepreneurship.
This is a varied and dynamic role which will require excellent project co-ordination, analysis and prioritisation skills including supporting, and updating webpages, SharePoint and social media content. You will be competent in using all Microsoft packages, including Excel, to support a range of activities including data management, meeting and event organisation and project support and planning.
Proactive and demonstrating a high level of autonomy, you will have strong administrative and organisational skills, including an ability to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure, while demonstrating high attention to detail and a flexible approach to changing priorities.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible, you will enjoy juggling priorities and making things happen. As one of our team, you will put all of this to good use as you provide high-level administrative support for the successful planning and delivery of an innovative University-wide portfolio of internal and external activities. You will thrive when working across multiple strands of work, including short-term tasks and medium-term project work involving a broad range of stakeholders.
Key to this role will be a willingness to learn, the ability to plan and prioritise work and achieve outcomes, and your collaborative approach.
