The Opportunity Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and inspiring team. In this rewarding role, you will help create a positive learning environment where every child feels valued, encouraged, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Working closely with teachers, pupils, and families, you will play a vital part in nurturing confidence, supporting individual needs, and celebrating every success. About You - English and Maths qualifications to Level 2 (GCSE A-C), or equivalent.
- A Teaching Assistant Qualification, or equivalent.
- Experience of working with children.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role.
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
