Queen Margaret University's Human Resources Department is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive HR Support Adviser to join our HR Team. This role will play a pivotal part within the team, responsible for providing first line advice and administration support to a range of internal and external stakeholders. The role offers opportunities to contribute to a range of organizational development projects and initiatives. You will be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within the HR team and wider University and will possess a positive and forward-thinking approach to all that you do.
We are looking for candidates who have worked in a similar HR role or environment and have excellent interpersonal and administrative skills. We would welcome applications from candidates who enjoy building and maintaining excellent working relationships whilst being able to manage conflicting priorities and are motivated by improvements to process and delivery.
