Queen Margaret University is seeking an organised, analytical and proactive Project Management Support Officer to support the effective delivery of its University-wide Transformation Programme.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will take day-to-day ownership of programme controls, governance and reporting. You will maintain plans, risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies and benefits information; coordinate reporting cycles and assurance reviews; and prepare accurate dashboards and reports for project boards and senior governance groups.
You will also provide high-quality support for programme meetings, coordinate contributions from colleagues across the University and offer practical guidance on QMU's project lifecycle, templates and standards. As your experience develops, you will lead defined work packages and smaller projects within agreed objectives and tolerances.
You will have experience of administrative, project or PMO support in a complex organisation, together with excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills. You will be confident working with information from multiple sources, managing competing deadlines and identifying gaps or emerging concerns.
