As a lead coach, you won't be working in isolation-you'll be part of a dynamic and ambitious network across the Ted Wragg Trust, where collaboration is constant and improvement is a shared endeavour. This is a chance to learn, lead and innovate alongside colleagues who are equally driven to make a difference. Together, you will shape exceptional teaching, support one another to get better every day, and ensure that every child benefits from the very best our profession can offer.
You will be a key leader in our transformation journey, helping to build a culture where excellent teaching is the norm and every teacher is supported to improve through precise, impactful coaching.
