We are looking for an exceptional Senior Deputy Headteacher to join #TeamIsca and lead Quality of Education across our academy.
This is a significant senior leadership role for someone who is passionate about great teaching, ambitious curriculum and ensuring that every child receives an exceptional education.

You will work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team, taking a leading role in shaping the strategic direction of the academy. You will have the opportunity to influence teaching and learning, curriculum, professional development and outcomes, while developing and empowering others to deliver excellence every day.
We want someone who loves teaching and learning, understands what excellent classroom practice looks like and has the credibility, energy and warmth to inspire others. Someone who combines high expectations with strong relationships and who knows that sustainable improvement comes from building great people, great teams and great habits.
As Senior Deputy Headteacher, you will be a key leader across the whole academy, working alongside the Headteacher on wider school strategy and gaining significant experience of whole-school leadership.
For an ambitious leader, there will also be excellent opportunities to continue developing professionally and, in time, build the breadth of experience that could support a future move into Headship.
