Salary (Actual): ALT Grade F - £23,884.73 to £25,481.92

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to help shape positive outcomes for pupils through high-quality learning support, strong pastoral care and a personalised approach to education. This role offers the chance to work as part of a collaborative team that values professional expertise, ambition and care in equal measure, creating the conditions for pupils to rebuild confidence, engage with learning and achieve success both in and beyond the classroom.
Summary of Key Responsibilities- Deliver and adapt learning activities for individuals, groups and classes under the direction of teaching staff.
- Support pupils with additional learning, social, emotional, behavioural and pastoral needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
- Contribute to planning, assessment, progress monitoring and the implementation of individual learning and development plans.
- Provide short-term class supervision and support pupils during examinations, including facilitating access arrangements where required (training provided).
- Build positive relationships with families, colleagues and external agencies to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
