The role involves maintaining accurate postal records through the College’s track-and-scan system, using the franking machine for outgoing mail and making daily deliveries around the site. It offers an important opportunity to represent the College positively through courteous interactions with colleagues, visitors and pupils, while handling items with discretion and close attention to detail.
This position would suit an organised, self-motivated individual with administrative or customer-focused experience, who enjoys working independently while contributing fully to a small, supportive team.
