Managing a varied employee relations caseload, you will bring sound judgement, employment law knowledge and a human approach, helping us create great places to work where our colleagues and students can thrive.
You will be an experienced HR professional who builds trust quickly, communicates clearly and manages competing priorities with confidence. You will be solution-focused and be able to balance rigour with compassion.
