Variable Hours Lecturer - Retrofit Tutor

Location: SGS GREEN, SGS Stroud, SGS Filton
FTE Salary: up to £ 41,076.00 (Salary is dependent on qualifications or experience)
Hourly Rate: £42.38 per hour to include all preparation, delivery and assessment.
Contract Type: Claims, Fixed Term until the 31th March 2026
Working Hours: Approximately 4 per week initially

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Planning and delivering for retrofit courses
Keeping up to date with current demand within the retrofit Industry
Guide and develop learner skills to prepare them to undertake retrofit qualifications while supporting their progression
Conduct assessments for retrofit-related qualifications, ensuring compliance with relevant awarding body standards and regulations.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Sound knowledge of green industry standards and practice.
Retrofit Industry experience
